Terms of use

The service
Dayply measures your time at your computer, in your editors and with your AI agents, and shows it to you. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your devices' keys to yourself; you can revoke one at any time from the Devices page.
Your data
Your data is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.
Fair use
Don't send what your devices didn't record, don't overload the service, and don't try to reach other people's data. Limits protect everyone, and we may suspend an account that abuses them.
The beta
Dayply is in beta: free, and still changing. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never stop or never have a bug.
Price
Free during the beta. Then one paid plan with a 14-day free trial; you will hear about it before it applies to you, and you can leave before paying anything.
Leaving
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when we can.
Responsibility
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by using it or by its being unavailable.
